2. Website Hosting
We host this website using services provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland ("Microsoft").
When you access the website, Microsoft processes technical data required to deliver, operate, and protect it. This may include your IP address, date and time of access, requested content, referrer URL, browser and device information, and diagnostic or security data.
We do not enable Application Insights or maintain our own website access logs.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure, reliable, and efficient provision of this website. We have entered into the applicable data-processing agreement with Microsoft pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
In providing Azure services, Microsoft may process personal data or make it accessible from locations outside the European Economic Area where permitted under applicable data-protection law and the contractual safeguards agreed with Microsoft.
3. Cookies and Tracking
We do not use cookies or similar technologies for analytics, advertising, marketing, or cross-site tracking on this public website. We do not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, marketing pixels, or a consent-management platform.
Where technically necessary storage of or access to information on your device is used, it is limited to what is strictly necessary to provide the website or a function expressly requested by you. If we introduce optional technologies in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and obtain consent where required.
4. International Data Transfers
In providing Azure services, Microsoft may process personal data or make it accessible from locations outside the European Economic Area. Where this involves a transfer to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on the safeguards agreed with Microsoft under Chapter V GDPR, which may include the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Transfers to participating US entities may also be based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where applicable.

Your data will be deleted after your request has been finally processed, provided no statutory retention obligations apply.
